Mota Design Group
This project was led by Brett Moses and AJ Allshouse, from concept through occupancy, as Principal and Project Architect at Mota Design Group. Located on the Cuyahoga River in downtown Cuyahoga Falls, Riverwalk was a mixed-use development including Restaurant, Multifamily, Retail and Service.
The design of the mixed-use buildings were designed to fit the complement the Hibachi building while maintaining an appropriate pedestrian scale along Front Street. Buildings A and B include mixed-use retail and restaurants on the first floor, while the second floor
provides space for two and three bedroom apartments each complete with enclosed, attached, private garages.
