Crocker Park Ovation Apartment Homes

The unique adventure found in this mixed used environment is taking you to the next level of urban sophistication with 318 new apartment homes.  Ovation offers a variety of smart and functional floorplans with the perfect balance between spaciousness and intimacy.  The suites were designed with premium finishes to become relaxing sanctuaries from their dynamic surroundings creating a place for the busy professional to relax, unwind, and recharge.
The “live-work-play” development uses textural, vernacular forms in its architecture, human-scaled pedestrian movements, and well-planned parking to instill a unique sense of place and community. Battling the myth that walkable cores can exist only in dense metropolises, Crocker Park is the rare example of a highly urban way-of-life within an American suburb.
Mota Design Group served as the design architect on the project and was partnered with Bialoski and Associates to complete the construction documents on the 318 unit new apartment project. 4 stories of new apartments were designed on a retail podium and coordinated within the overall Crocker Park Master Plan. Our role was as lead through design development, obtaining approvals from Stark Enterprises and the City of Westlake. Involvement continued through Construction Administration to ensure the design intent has been met.
