Hibachi

Hibachi Japan was the first building on a mixed-use site sitting adjacent to the Cuyahoga River on Front Street in Cuyahoga Falls. The remainder of the site will host four residential mixed-used buildings, creating a new, vibrant area in Cuyahoga Falls. Two of the buildings have been completed and the remainder will be under construction within the next year.
The Owner / Operator of Hibachi Japan wanted an initial design that was repeatable as a franchise. The intent was to create a contemporary establishment with slight Asian influences. The design was executed consistently through the interior and incorporated into the corporate branding.
The space includes three hibachi style dining areas, along with a traditional dining area for those not interested in the hibachi format. The openness of the facility creates an exciting dining environment with a show at every table.
